Since this is my first spring in WI, when does it get warm enough for a wetsuit (50ish - i'm a wimp)?

You'll be warm enough with a wetsuit later this spring, but the earlier you go the better your chance for decent visibility. Pearl Lake is not known for it's good visibility.

A group of us will be diving Pearl this Sat. at 10 am. if any one wants to join they are more than welcome. We will be meeting by the restraunt.

I'll probably be there for a dive (maybe 2) if you are ok with a pretty new diver (read: shorter bottom time (20-30 minutes)). I'm leaving for madison at 2p from jvl.

Sorry, i just found out that now the group is leaving at noon, so i don't think i'll make it. Sorry!
