Not sure, but Jacksonport/Renold's pier is clear.

I was looking at the NOAA site and the ice coverage report as of wednesday put the end of the ice sheet right in garrett bay. Might call up the town constable this week and plan for a friday dive weather and ice permitting!

Just got back from Garrett bay, amazing visability 75'+, surface temp was 42, bottom temp was 37. Some ice on the eastern shore of the bay, but all clear by the landing. After the dive we got to watch a flock of loons playing on the surface! Great day!
