Buck pool for gun & blackpowder season
Anyone wanting to get in a Buck pool for the upcoming season!?!?
Send $2.00 to the store which must be postmarked this Friday.
During gun or Black powder season post you picture here along with the date and time.
1/2 the money will be sent to the person taking the largest Buck
The other half will go to the first Deer taken (either sex)
Plus the winner of each will also receive a free gift from the store.

well, how is everyone on wiscuba.. geez, haven' stopped into check on you for awhile and had to scroll through about a hundred "cave diving" threads.  Missed this thread but thought I'd post a pic.  I did post it over at mnscuba abit ago.  I've shot a lot of nice bucks over the years and people have often said of some of them that they should be mounted.  well, I think this one is going on the wall.

Nice one mp4.  It sure had been a year of nice bucks.  Anything else broke besides the brow tine?  I'm butchering tonight.. ugh... takes me a long time.  What did you use for a gun and how did the hunting go?

just the brow tine broke - but the right side must have been damaged when in velvet because it split funny and has quite a knot.

I shoot a Remington 700 .30/06...150 grain.  He was 60-80 yards out when I got him.  We're butchering tonight - 5 deer altogether...I'm not looking forward to it either.
