Fortune Pond
I am looking to dive Fortune Pond some time over Labor Day weekend. Either Saturday or Sunday would work for me. I would guess around 10:00 AM. I have about a 1.5 hr drive from my cottage.

Re: Fortune Pond
Just west of crystal falls MICHIGAN.  Turn north on New Bristol road about 1/2 mile.
Nice place an super clear water.  On the back side there is a road that goes down slow.  The landing kinda sucks though.
At the park is the best

Re: Fortune Pond

Be careful about diving off the back side of the pond, its private property, but the park is so nice there isnt much reason to drive back there.

Correction......it used to be private property, the state bought the land a while ago now and it is ALL state land INCLUDING the boat landing, black top parking lot, and ATV trail going around the lake.

Referance is the Crystal Falls DNR Office

We enjoy the boat landing because it has a more gradual drop off and there is a little bit more to see (ladder, junk to play with, etc..) makes for some cool pics too, caribbean like water and sand.
