Dive shops in the Keweenaw (MI)
This isn't strictly on-topic for wiscuba, but I'm curious if anyone knows of any dive shops in the Keweenaw Peninsula of the UP of Michigan? Something in Copper Harbor or Houghton would be great. I was thinking about 5trying to do some diving up there next summer and would like to find some local shops.

This is the only one I know of.
Jake had a shop in downtown Copper Harbor a few years ago. But moved the air fill station to his house. Real nice couple. Fun people Here is the website: gail |

Jake Anderson is still in busness in Copper Harbor. We were up to visit him last fall. He and his wife operate the only gas station in Copper Harbor. The dive shop is still located next to their home approx. 5 miles south of Copper Harbor.
Adventure is nothing but a romantic name for trouble. <br />Nobody over eighteen in his right mind looks for it.
