Hey Fred

Come out with us sunday and find out up close and in person.  Not to mention the crab boil et al.

Re: Lake Geneva
Just to think back from muck bottle hunting a few years back the boats are mostly gone with the fools that run them! and the vis for a inland lake should not be too bad this time of year=its a dive!

Re: Lake Geneva
Thanks, I am going this weekend - weather permitting. I was just curious about water temps. Tammy was going to dive in a 3mm suit and I was wondering if that would be enough.

Re: Lake Geneva
3mm might not be enough.  Water temp in Devils Lake yesterday was 58.

Re: Lake Geneva
Ditto for the water temp at Pearl Lake yesterday, at least under 40 ft.  It was 63 above the thermocline.

Re: Lake Geneva
If Tammy was a foot taller I would lend her my 7mm as I'm going dry.  Alas, she would swim in it.......literally.

Anyone been in lake geneva recently?  What are current conditions.  Anybody want to go?  I've never been in the lake, would like to join with someone with experience in the lake.

Re: Lake Geneva
Another freediver I know was out diving there today.

He said that vis was good down to 40' and then it gets a bit murky. It clears up again after 50.

He saw lots of clams and crayfish but didn't mention seeing any fish. There was NO boat traffic but a lot of ducks to contend with.
