PSD Ice Training

Hello all you PSD types.

I am a diver for the Carver County SO in MN just SW of the twin cities.  I am normally on the MN Scuba board and decided to check this one out as well.  In the spirit of interdepartmental relations, if you are a PSD for LE or FD you are welcome to come to any of our trainings any time.  We train twice a month, every month.  I know it may be a drive and getting departmental authorization to travel out of state is tough, but I thought I would throw out the offer.  I believe it always a good idea to see how other people are doing things, we both may even learn something. 

Coming up in Jan or Feb, depending on the ice, for training we will be lifting a car from about 30' and pulling it out of the ice.  This winter we will also be doing ice certification and some dedicated tender training.  If you are interested please drop me an e-mail and we can discuss specifics.
