Casey Lake

Yesterday I had the opportunity to dive in Casey Lake. It sits between Waupaca and Ogdensburg along  Highway E. It is about 40 acres. It has the typical soupdish configuration with most of the bottom flat at 35 feet. We did find a spot on the NE end at 41 feet. Visability varied from about 5 feet to as much as 15 feet. We pretty much traversed the entire lake. The most amazing thing to me was the lack of anything to see. Very little garbage (1 bottle, 1 can), very few plants, (maybe to early yet), a couple small bass and (2) springs.
