Since I switched over to freediving entirely I am not sure how to answer that? ???
I now count how many hours a day I am in the water. Last Saturday I was in Lake Mendota for 6 hours, the previous Wednesday I was in Rock Lake for 4 1/2. During that time I made at least 100 freedives each day- that can't really count. IF I was on scuba I could have broken that up into anywhere from 3-7 dives a day. I do know that it's not as much as I used to do and no where near as much as I'd like to do.  Jon |
