JetStream's were also showing the ice build up. The main regulators that were being used had "booze caps" on them to protect the spring. This was done due to some poor experiences last year.

You can see the ice covering the regulator except for the "booze cap".

Here is another view that gives you an idea of the amount of ice build up. We do not get this much of a build up when ice diving. But this water is cold and ready to freeze at all depths.

We had a lot of fun diving and will post some of the pictures later. But thought everyone would like to see regulators perform under hard conditions.

Glad the pictures turned out! Finally got all my gear thawed out and disassembled....took a bit though. Looking forward to more diving next weekend.
