Do I reach for the dry suit or move to the 7mm wet (which is easier to rinse the crud off)?

Yeah, the $20 I might get it for it doesn't make it worth ditching.

For those that care, local Mendota conditions at 2nd point were 62/64 above the thermocline and low 50's below it. Vis stunk at 3' or so above the thermo cline and opened to 8-10' below it.

In contrast, Devil's Lake on Friday was maybe 5'-8' of vis above the thermocline and 2' below with floaty chunks. Thermo is at 12' so it became a pretty shallow and warm scooter dive up and back the north wall.
