I use a latex hood and over all I am happy with it. I have read that the mask typically is placed over the latex hood. I do have problems with mask leaks. Cutting the hood leaves an undesirable look ( non âsymmetrical and rough looking) I have not tried pulling the hood out side the mask yet. The reason is it is very difficult to grab the thin rubber with dry gloves. Any thoughts?
