Heck, I'll take it. I can fly don there in my private helicopter every weekend...heh.
It would be cool as all get out to own that - can you imagine your own personal dive park? I'd be in that thing every night after work.
Come home, get out of the dress clothes, jump in the drysuit...heck, I could just spend an hour or so kicking back on a dive platform feeding the fish underwater. Definitely cool!

The property has been for sale for quite a long time. I saw it for sale well over a year ago. The only drawback is the price.
