Where in Madison can I get a LP 95 tumbled REASONABLY ? It is due for VIP and hydro , since its my daughters tank I wanted to clean it up a bit.

Don't bother tumbling it until it passes hydro.  I don't know the going rate for cleaning a steel tank, but I do know it is a lot of work.
