in making some gloves, has anyone tried using layers or multiple layers off silicone?
Though the drying time would be longer and you would have to let layers dry between applications, I wonder if the finish product would be tougher and longer lasting?
What do you think Jon?

You could try just about anything you want to make a glove. We use the garden glove/ glue-stick one's because they are cheap to make and last a long time.

A couple of freinds went and bought the $30+ gloves from Australia. They have thin strips of foam glued onto the outside of each finger and then are dipped in rubber. They are very light, but more expensive than they need to be to play them game.

I have even seen people use 3mm kayaking gloves, the kind with the pre-curved hands, to play in. THey are a little too warm for in a pool, but anything will work.

Hope that helps,

Jon
