This mornings report, The Lake is about 1/4 open after the rains yesterday.

The whole south end is open.
The wall area is open the size of a football field.
The rest of the ice has blowen in near the boat landing, and has large holes in it.  So it won't be long.

Keith It would sure suck to have the floaating ice blow in on top of you when diving!  Hope people take that in to consideration!
Jeff
Yes it sure would.  Were not recomending any diving just yet unless precautions are taken, but it won't be long.
Great to hear !!!
Thanks for the update  Wink
We did a dive at Sherwood Forest on Saturday.  The vis was 25' and the water temp. 39*  The east end of the lake was open all the way across from Sherwood to the south shore.  With a strong northeast wind the rest of the ice was deteriorating.  I would expect it to completely open very soon.
