Oh come on! I didn't silt it up *that* bad. At least I found that reel that dropped off my d-ring on the way out! So there was at least an inch or two of viz on our way out
In my defense, that cave was only about a foot or two high, so there was no way I could pass through some of it without dragging my face through the mud!

That's true - you didn't silt it up *that* bad - I *could* still see your feet. I was just getting a bit concerned when they stopped moving and sat perfectly still for a couple minutes. I couldn't decide if standard underwater cave communication signals might include pinching your feet to see if you were responsive.
